We are limiting the amount of clients we see each day and scheduling adequate time between each client for proper cleaning and sanitation of the treatment rooms, all equipment, and ourselves.
No same day appointments or walk-ins will be taken. All appointments must be made in advance.
We change our shirts between each client - starting each session with a fresh uniform helps limit cross contamination between clients.
ALL of our linens are changed between each client - this includes all sheets and blankets as well as the holsters we use for our creams/lotions/oils.
Our table warmers are encased in a vinyl covering, ensuring that our tables are completely sanitized after each session.
Each room is equipped with a HEPA air filter.
We have added foam gym flooring to our rooms so that the floors can be cleaned regularly.
We use a UV room sanitizer at the end of each day and when time permits, between clients as well.
Masks are worn by providers at all times without exception, during service and while cleaning and preparing rooms for session.
Masks are worn by clients - we have face cradle pockets that act as a mask for the client while in a facedown position so clients do not have to wear their own mask while facedown. In a faceup position masks do need to be worn - if you have a bandana, buff, or other face covering that is not conducive to massage then a disposable mask will be provided. A face covering must be worn to and in the building.
Items such as tissues and water are contained for safety but are always available.
We will have each client sign a waiver which will be provided during confirmation the day before the scheduled appointment so there is time to look it over and carefully consider each item listed before coming in. The waiver includes screening questions on COVID-19 symptom checks.
New clients will be instructed to text when they arrive, we will greet you at the front door and both the client and therapist will wash their hands before heading to the treatment room.
Any client experiencing any flu or cold like symptoms or generally not feeling well is asked to contact us ASAP to get rescheduled.
